As humans, we are taught to judge ourselves, to shape up or ship out, and we are conditioned to push further and always be on the way somewhere else. This is what we lovingly refer to as "if only mind." If only I had this job or this amount of money, then I would be happy and grateful.
The actual question of abundance and success isn't how much you have. It's how much capacity you have to feel, to be present fully. Can you love this life as it is? Can you fall in love with the flow of energy?
Mindfulness is about coming in contact with the present moment and witnessing it as it's happening with loving awareness. It's about having compassion for ourselves and others and living in the energetic field of gratitude and generosity.
This session isn't just meditation. This is a mindful journey into the depth of loving awareness. In a 1:1 mindfulness Instruction session, you will learn awakened modalities to work with emotions and experiences as they are. You will be held in a space to express whatever is coming up for you. You will learn to gently and carefully sit with your emotions, distractions, and experience. You'll learn how to work with your shadow and re-inhabit your body.

Mindfulness Instruction Sessions are 1 hour in length. Generally, you will gain clarity and understanding with 4 sessions. Each session is 1 on 1 and includes recorded meditations and follow-up guidance to use after the session.
