The Path of Self-Compassion is a daylong event that will bring coherence with your heart, your self-compassion and highest intention.

Things to know before you go!
Dress is comfy clothes that you can easily move in.
There will be yoga mats, bolsters, blankets provided. But, bring anything you want to make a cozy space.
Vegetarian GF Lunch and snacks provided.
Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
Bring a journal and pen.
Please arrive on time or a bit early to settle in. We have a full day and want to start on time.
